"Baby Doc"- Duvalier in Haiti.

After 25 years in exile, Jean-Claude "Baby Doc Duvalier return to Haiti. Why is he there?
According to him, he's not there for politics. The reconstruction of Haiti is his interest. Are we to believe such statement made during an interview.
The motive of his return remains unclear to the Haitian people. Believe it or not, many are showing support by brandishing homemade "Welcome" signs and also signs suggesting that he again run for President.

Was "Baby Doc" a bad president during his fifteen years of dictatorship?
Some said that Jean-Claude Duvalier wasn't a bad president. Under him, things weren't so bad or expensive back then. they welcome his return with the that he can show the politicians what to do.
When he was at the helm of his country, a lot of good things had happened. The bad economy had a boost from foreign owned companies and factories putting together toys, electronics, baseballs, clothes. Thousands and thousands of jobs were created. The city wasn't always clean, electricity and phones didn't always work but you knew what was was going on and go from there.
At the airport, Jean_Claude Duvalier was greeted by cheering supporters. The news of his return quickly spread around the small nation. Mixed reactions everywhere. Authorities and civilians are very concerned about his sudden return and the hidden reasons.

When it seems that no one in charge, you need to think again before you proceed to your next step. After the earthquake, Haiti was left powerless in many ways. There is some form of government in place but the question is: who's really in charge?
Jean-Claude Duvalier believed that it was the perfect time for his return and make a run for the gold. Guess what? When he arrived, he was paid a visit by the Haitian police at the posh hotel where is was staying and hauled in to court to face charges of corruption, embezzlement and more. It's unclear if the ex-president is under arrest or not.
