Lady Gaga's web video.

I need to find someone who can answer this question for me. Are the pop superstars selling selling Sex or Music? I was browsing the web yesterday and I came across a racy web video just recently released. In the video, the pop star known as Lady Gaga  is shown posing with nothing but a skateboard, caressing her breasts and in one crazy scene, holding a young boy's while she's she's laid out in black lingerie. What's with this picture? What is the place or the purpose of the young boy in this racy video? If you happen to know who the boy is please leave me note.
