Packers edge Pittsburg 31-25

Sloppy plays and turnovers by the Pittsburgh Steelers gave the Green bay Packers reasons to believe that they are back amongst the elite teams in the National Football League by winning the Super Bowl.

Yes indeed, they are back as Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers emerges from the shadow of Brett Favre.
Without the turnovers, I do not think that Green Bay had a chance to win at all. Pittsburgh had all the momentum going at midfield  trailing 21-17.  Rashard Mendenhall fumbled the ball on  a missed block by the fullback that allowed Clay Matthews to make a harsh hit in the backfield. It was a very costly turnover.

Green Bay didn't play a great game. The team had some help from the opposition. Regardless of what, the sub par performance was enough to get the win and most importantly become a fourth time Super Bowl winner.
Simply put, Pittsburgh had no help from any of their Superstars. Try Polamalu was a non factor. The Defensive Payer of the Year for the National Football League looked real slow and was burned on two corner routes by Jennings in the end zone.
