If there wasn't any snow at all during the winter season, we would start to wonder if this what global warming is about. I love the winter seasons and the snow, because I clear the way for the people with snow removal needs. I have to admit that I do well even with a very few accounts. People here, are very tired of the snow this winter. Some almost 40 inches of snow have fallen in New York City. I'm singing Let it snow others, are saying snow go away. Amongst the people saying go away, you will find the municipalities, and the business owners.
Many cities have overspent their snow removal budgets but face pressure from the people to clear snow swiftly, forcing them to cut other government services rather than cut back on plow and salt.
Another storm is on the way with more ice and more snow. Storm warnings are in effect for at list 10 cities. This winter full of snow and ice is putting a dent into the already damaged economy.
When the snow is on the ground, people do not come out to spend money. Store owners and restaurants are really affected. The bad weather keeps workers at home, closes production facilities, shut downs airports and curtails the delivery of goods. Consumers would rather stay home when the streets are clogged with snow.

Snow the never ending Story.
If you are in the snow removal business like we are, you have to love all the snow we have gotten this winter.
http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Gigs-For-All-Needed-Services/171023439601280The last wintry blast dumped 19 inches of snow in New York City. If you think last winter was bad, you haven't seen anything yet. Yes my friends and followers, we have more snow on the way. At least one more storm before we can get a break.
It has been colder than normal and it's going to stay that way for the next coming two weeks. Another storm is on the horizon for next week. What will the month of February bring this winter?
Last year, the month of February was a bit a of nightmare for the folks in New York City. It snowed night and day for two straight days a couple of times and Gigs For All Needed Services: was out there shoveling our backsides off. 36.9 inches of snow was the amount that fell on the city last February.
Should we hope for the same this year? Frankly speaking, yes it would be good for business. But Gigs For All Needed Services really hope for a break. It's unlikely that the same scenario will repeat itself.
For the last six years, we had snowfalls of over 35 or more inches When will we break from all the snow?
